Why is there a $10 charge on my credit card?
A $10 hold is placed on all credit card charges. The $10 will drop off and you will be charged for the total amount spent.

The unlimited club is a monthly membership that allows you to wash your car as often as you would like.

No, you can wash your car as often as you would like as long as your membership is active.
Do I need to show an attendant proof of my membership?
No, our car-wash technology automatically recognizes your vehicle when you pull up, the gate will open automatically.
Can someone else take my car through the car wash?
Yes, the account is attached to the vehicle, not the driver.
What can I do with the Sweet Pea's Wash Works app?
You can manage your membership, update your payment information, add additional vehicles, purchase single uses washes, send washes to your friends and family, and gain access to special offers and discount codes that are sent directly to the application.
When will I be billed for my membership?
The day you sign up becomes your monthly payment date for each consecutive month you are a member. No hassle and no fuss! plus, it’s easy to update or cancel your plan whenever you would like.
How do I update or cancel my membership?
It’s easy! You can download our phone application, visit the website at sweetpeaswashworks.com, email billing@sweetpeaswashworks.com, or speak to any on-site manager.
Where can I use my membership?
Your membership is valid at the location where you signed up.
Can I use my membership on more than one vehicle?
No, your membership is vehicle specific and limited to the vehicle that corresponds to the license plate on the account.
Can I transfer my membership to another vehicle?

Will I receive a refund if I cancel my membership?
No, your membership will remain active until your next billing date.
